All joints are screwed and not nailed.

16mm redwood shiplap treated with preservative to make an even stronger, longer lasting structure.

Sleeping Area: Depth 3', width 4', height 2'6" for easy cleaning and access, with a door in front and cat flap fitted as standard.

Sheltered Area: Height 3'4", Depth 3', Width 4', with a fitted sleeping shelf.

Run dimensions: Length 6', width 4', height 5'6" with 25mm x 25mm

Galvanized weld mesh all around including roof.

Large door at end fitted with a bolt.

Floor: 9mm hardwood ply.

Roof: 12mm OSB covered with Green mineral felt

All fittings, are black jappaned.
